Liana helped me sell my condo. During escrow, the buyer and his agent were problematic. The buyer was not cooperative and causing delays, while his agent was inefficient and inexperienced. Liana was able to work with them, until the finish of closing. Her goal is for the seller to make more profit, which she did for me.
